Okkk...after looking at this photoshoot, I'm deciding to start a new series on my blog called

[you know how I am with series...]
Every once in a while I will [try my best to] showcase an amazing photographer. This week it's the "boom-tastic"...

Everytime I see his pictures, I think to myself Man, there's no way his pictures can get any better than this. And then guess what? They do. They usually blow my expectations out of the water.

His past few photoshoots have been extremely amazing. I will post a few pictures from some of my favorite photo sessions he has done. Click on the links to see the original post with all the photos from that session.

{story of a girl} part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4

I hope you take time to look at HIS PAGE!
His pictures are Uh-MAZING.

TAGGED [again] LAST ONE(s) [promise]

Yes, yes I know. I just did this game yesterday.
But hey, this is what happens when you start tagging people.
You get tagged back!
So, I'm going to do 2 (two) more sets of questions and then I'm done!
I promise. :)

Round Uno
These questions are brought to you by the lovely Becca over at life in technicolor.

1. If you were a geometric shape what would you like to be?
A square. Cause that's what I am.
2. What is your favorite animal and why?
A pig. They're so cute! Aaaand I love the color pink. :)
3. What song on the radio right now is currently at the top of your guilty pleasure list?
Well, I don't really listen to the radio as much anymore, and when I do I mostly listen to a station that plays hits from the 80s, 90s, and today, because I like a little bit of everything. Buuut when I happen to listen to the "hit music station", I find myself breaking it down to the following songs... [don't judge me]
Sexy Chick by David Guetta ft. Akon
Down by Jay Sean ft. Lil Wayne
Tik Tok by Ke$ha
Nothin' On You by B.O.B ft. Bruno Mars
4. If you were lost in the forest alone and a bear came up to you, what would you do?
I would most definitely not feed the bear.
5. In your opinion, what is the most annoying show on tv?
Well, of course I hate the usual soap operas (SO CHEESY) and the lame "reality" shows, but one show that is supposedly good that I can't stand is LOST.
I'm sure I'm losing followers as I speak, but come on! They were lost, and then found, and then went back to the island to be lost again! Geez! Enough already!
6. What is the strangest thing you've ever eaten?
Sushi. Nuf said.
7. What are your thoughts on 2012?
The year or the movie? I thought the movie was lame. The guy should have died like 8 times. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I think it will be pretty funny when we're all watching 2012 in 2013.
8. What's the craziest excuse you've came up with to skip work for a day?
Hmm...well, my boss is pretty nice. If I need a day off, or need to close early, he's always pretty cool with letting me off. So, no need for silly excuses. :)

Aaand now for ROUND DOS.
These questions are brought to you by the lovely Yelena over at Style My Happiness.

1. Why did you first start blogging?
I really enjoy writing, so I started writing just so I could get my thoughts on "paper" in a quicker and more organized way.
2. What is your go-to clothing item(s) this summer?
FLIP FLOPS (does that count as clothing?)
and if I had more summer dresses/skirts, I would wear them!
3. Who is your fashion icon/inspiration?
Zoe Deschanel!
4. If you were given one million dollars today, how would you spend it/save it/give it out? :)
Good question! I would first set aside money for college, buy a car, give some to my parents to buy a new house, give some to Caleb & Becca, give some to missions...umm...hmm...How much is that? Probably enough for now. :)
5. Favorite movie(s)?
Grease, Never Been Kissed, Juno, 21, The Invisible, 50 First Dates, Slumdog Millionaire, Nacho Libre, Titanic, The Notebook, Disturbia, The Princess Bride, Stranger than Fiction, She's the Man, Across the Universe, Stomp the Yard, Seven Pounds, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist, Phantom of the Opera, Into the Wild, Step Up 2: The Streets, The Blind Side, 500 Days of Summer (had to go to Facebook for that one! ha)
6. What is one dream/aspiration you've always had, but maybe have never shared with anyone before?
I want to learn how to play the drums.
7. Complete this sentence: One day I will ____________
be working on a movie set.
8. Favorite healthy food?
Cashews. YUMMY.

Thanks, girls for the exciting questions!
I will be back to my usual blogging now. :)
That was fun!

Hey there, BABY.
I've been tagged.

I know! That was my first thought, too! (source)

I have been tagged by this awesome lady>> AMY from Finding Everything Lovely
To do this awesome thing>> "OH! If I MUST!!! You might be TAGGED!"

1. Do you eat at Taco Bell? If no, why? If yes, what is your favorite thing to order?
Uhh duh. Doesn't everyone?! I love the Crunchwrap Supreme. Sooo delicious. I love Mexican food and fast food, so being able to have both at one stop is UHH.mazing.

2. Are you going to the Eclipse midnight showing in your city/town? If yes, do you have an entourage? [If no, what do you think about the people who ARE going? BEEEEE HONEST ;). ha ha ha.]
No, I will not. I'm not that obsessed with the Twilight series. I think they are good movies, but I'm not going to waste a lot of my time standing in line to watch a movie at a theatre that's going to be so jammed-packed that I can't even pay attention to the movie! I'm also not one that likes to spend a lot of money on theatre tickets. What are they now? Like $9? Yeah, I'll pass. I'll wait until it comes out to the Palace.

3. Do you exhibit Road Rage? If so, what do you typically do to show your distaste for a stupid driver?
Well, I usually just yell at them and say funny things to them in the car. I don't like letting people know that I think they're stupid for not moving over on the highway so that I can get in. Not that I think it's wrong, I just don't have the guts to stand up for myself like that. Although, my dad likes to reach over me and honk the horn at people when I'm not strong enough to do it myself! ha.

4. Who is your primary inspiration? Why?
Hmm...good question! I wish I had an answer for it! I can't really think of anyone that I know who inspires me to do stuff...hmm...

5. Did you play with Barbies when you were little?
Of course! I loved the Barbie that was black, and you could put her under warm water and she would turn white. It fascinated me. Hahah.

6. What was your WORST hair do, ever? Cut? Color? post a picture if you have one.
Ohhhh, man...I don't have a picture (thankfully!) in digital form of a terrible cut, BUT I do have a picture of me with a terrible COLOR. Look at that orange in the sun...ohhhhhhhh, lovely.

7. Are you political?
Ehh...I'll vote.

8. What do you think about Harry Potter?
I like Harry Potter. I know it's a controversial topic in the church, but I enjoy watching it. Although, the newest one has a lot of scenes where it's very open with exorcism. So, I don't know about that one. I don't really watch them "religiously". I think I've only seen the first three movies.
Thanks for the FUN questions, Amy!
So, I guess this is the part where I make up 8 questions and tag 8 people [WELL I'M TAGGING 9]?
1. What is a blog that you follow that people may be surprised that you read?
2. What classic movies do you have on DVD?
3. What is the most you've paid for a pair of shoes, and where did you buy them?
4. Out of all the things to do around the house, what is your the thing you enjoy doing the most?
5. What do you order at Starbucks?
6. Vacation: are you more of a Colorado girl or a Florida girl?
7. Got any plans for the 4th of July?
8. What summer movie are you looking forward to seeing? What movie are you not looking forward to?
I'm excited to read all of your honest answers!

fill in the blank friday | food #1

Hey, y'all! So I'm back with another Fill In The Blank Friday post! It feels like ages since I've done a Fill In The Blank Friday post! Fridays are just so hard for me, because I don't always have access to internet to blog. :/ Oh well!
I have internet tonight. :)

[[Before I get to my answers, I just want to share a little bit of my day with all of you. I haven't driven for a year, and let my permit expire last year because I was too afraid to drive. Well, today I broke that! My dad took me to go get my permit! Yes, yes, I know...I'm 18 years old. Permits are for 15 year olds who are desiring any freedom they can get. Well guess what? I'm one of those wimpy 18 year olds that are too scared to drive because he/she doesn't want to get hurt (or anyone else hurt, for that matter).
But...I did it!
Here is a picture to prove it...]]

Ok...now to my POST!

Join in with Lauren over at the little things we do.
Today's Fill In The Blank Friday is all about...

1. If I could choose my last meal it would be breakfast burritos from McDonald's. Hallelujah. I would be rejoicing my way into Heaven with a burrito in hand.
2. My favorite person to share a meal with is Cristianne because, for some reason, every time we eat together it's chaos. Whether we're messing with each other's food, or eating off each other's plate...it's always fun to eat with my best friend. :)
3. The best meal I've ever had was a pasta dish from the Cheesecake Factory. It was SO delicious. I don't remember what the name of the dish was, but it was some kind of Thai pasta dish. SO good!
4. The one food that makes me feel instantly better when I'm having a bad day is well...this is an odd question for me. Usually if I'm having a bad day, I just want to curl up on the couch and watch The Office episodes all day. But, if I am having a bad day, I usually snack a lot. So I guess my answer would be (after consulting my mom) chips & salsa, cashews, cheese sticks, and/or orange juice. Yes, I know I am very random.
5. My absolute specialty in the kitchen is cheesy scrambled eggs. Plus, I am known around my house for making Rachel Ray's dish called Chicken with Roasted Red Pepper, Chorizo and Sweet Pea Sauce over Rice. Oh, yeah. I own that dish.
6. The city that has the best food is Springfield, MO. Psssh, I don't know! I haven't traveled around enough, and visited enough restaurants to really know. All I know is that where I live has some awesome food! I love my area because it has everything you could want!
7. My favorite healthy snack is either celery & peanut butter or cashews. Yumm-O!
8. In my opinion the nationality which has the best food is Mexicano. Oh, man. GREAT food. (and I would like to add Asians have it made as well. Very yummy.)
9. If I could learn to cook anything in the world (and be really good at it!) I'd choose cookies. Yes, COOKIES. Everyone LOVES cookies. If you got the cookie down, what else do you really need? Isn't it like the obvious key to any man's heart??
10. The most outrageous dessert I've ever had was seconds. You're probably thinking "Koree needs to go to bed. She must be really tired." And you're wrong! I'm not a big dessert kind of girl. Yes, I like my cookies and pecan pie, but I'm not a big dessert eater. I would rather have seconds of my REAL FOOD than have a whole serving of something sweet that's just going to make my tummy hurt later, and me end up regretting all the sugar I ate. I'm sure if I had a pecan pie sitting right in front of me right now, though I'd think differently!

Now after talking about food, I'm hungry. I may pile through the refrigerator and look for something to eat before I go to bed. Hmm...

Ok, so as I promised, here is my CAMP post!

Camp was UH-MAZING. Words can't even begin to describe how incredible it was. I LOVED our team. They all got along so well. Here are some pictures of this past weekend's Summer Camp.

I had such a great time at camp! I can't believe all the incredible testimonies that came out of this past weekend. God did some incredible things in the lives of these students, and I'm excited to hear how their lives have been impacted because of it. This year was probably the best year of camp for me. :)

farmer's market!

Becca and I sold our hair accessories at the Ozark Farmers Market last Thursday. It was so much fun. My dad really helped alot with setting up the tent, and making sure everything was going right.

The wind was acting a fool, though. Ha. We had to constantly be on watch with the clips and headbands. They kept trying to blow away everytime a rush of wind came along. Plus, we had to make sure our tent didn't blow over!

We set our headbands on one table, and our hair clips on the other table. We decorated the tables using shiny stones. This was a brilliant idea because most little girls were more interested in the stones than the actual hair accessories!

We had a great turnout! A lady we set up next to (who makes homemade laundry soap and household cleaner) told us that when there's produce, there will be a lot more people.

This Thursday we won't be selling our stuff at the Farmers Market, because we're going to

I'm excited.

disney world.

side note | So, I seriously tried to blog yesterday, but Blogger was being VERY difficult, and not letting me post anything. With that said, here is today's post...

I've heard Disney World is the happiest place on Earth. Why wouldn't I want to go there then? I've been scrolling on my Facebook, and I've come to notice that a lot of my friends have been going to Disney World this summer. What?! Why wasn't I invited??

Here are some pictures of my friend Andrea at Disney World. Try and tell me this girl isn't happy...

Yeah, I'd say she was happy at Disney World.

Have YOU ever been to Disney World?
How was it?
Was it like all the problems of the world disappeared?
